Hi! I'm Raechel, but you can call me Miss Doodlebug—my childhood nickname given to me by my mother. I’m an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher living in the Czech Republic, though I was born and raised in Virginia, USA. My experiences as a teacher have deeply influenced my writing, fueling my passion for creating fun and engaging activities that inspire children to express their creativity and imagination. I designed my books not only to delight children but also to serve as a creative outlet for adults seeking a fun and relaxing activity. Through my books, I hope to spark joy and curiosity in young minds and adults alike, fostering a love for learning, creativity, and imagination.

I'm also a proud mother to a lively one-year-old boy and a gaggle of adorable animals. When I'm not writing or teaching, I enjoy reading, baking I'm in my sourdough era), and capturing special moments through photography.
